Returns policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us here at love Lagenlily and if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy for you to return it within 14 days, for a full refund*.
Returned items must be in an unused, re-saleable condition, with the tags attached. We would kindly ask that you keep items away from any pets and from strong smells (e.g. cigarette smoke, cooking smells …)
If you’d like to return something, please contact us first at [email protected] (so we know to expect it!).
Please package items carefully and include a copy of your delivery note. Our returns address is:

… and we recommend that you use a tracked/signed-for service.
Once received, items will be checked and, provided they meet our returns criteria (as above), a refund will be issued.
* Please note, we don’t pay for return postage, nor do we refund original postage.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please email us within 48 hours of receipt (preferably with a photo) and await further instructions.
